Gold and Silver are exempt from sales tax in the state of Arizona

  • Under Arkansas law, sales and use tax do not apply to the sale of coins, currency, and bullion that meet the statutory definitions. This exemption was enacted through Senate Bill 336 (effective October 1, 2021) and is codified at Arkansas Code ยง 26-52-454, which explicitly exempts these items from state gross receipts and compensating use tax.
