FAQ

Foundational questions about sound money, precious metals, and who we are.
Why should I own precious metals?
Owning physical, precious metals holds significant importance for several reasons. Below, we've outlined a few key reasons to emphasize their value:
Hedge Against Economic Uncertainty: Precious metals act as a stable investment during economic instability, safeguarding against losses in other asset classes during market downturns.
Preservation of Wealth: Historically, gold and silver have retained their value, protecting against inflation and currency devaluation, thereby serving as a reliable store of wealth.
Protection Against Inflation and Hyperinflation: Inflation erodes the purchasing power of currency, whereas precious metals tend to appreciate during inflationary periods, preserving the real value of assets.
Defense Against Currency Devaluation: Precious metals, especially gold, provide a hedge against currency devaluation as they are globally accepted in any form and not tied to any specific currency, offering stability amidst fluctuations.
Diversification: Including physical precious metals in an investment portfolio spreads risk across different asset classes, offering no correlation with Wall Street intangible financial products like stocks and bonds, thus enhancing diversification benefits.
Tangible Asset Ownership: Unlike digital entries like stocks and bonds, physical precious metals offer tangible ownership. In fact, according to the BIS (Bank for International Settlements), the central bankers central bank, physical gold is the ONLY financial asset that does not run counterparty risk. “HOLD IT, OWN IT.”Indicator of Currency Strength: A rising gold price indicates weakening confidence in fiat currencies, serving as insurance against potential currency instability or devaluation.

- Self-Sufficiently, through sharing Lynette’s personal mantra (food, water, energy, security, barterability, wealth preservation, community, and shelter), bringing in experts in the different mantra areas, and encouraging local community development.
- Economically, by participating in the States move to pass bills that would reinstate gold and silver as legal tender. And by promoting a global community that supports the sound money movement by converting fiat money into sound money, physical gold and silver. This could pave the way to having a voice in the reset monetary system.
Join us in pursuing financial freedom and independence through the power of sound money and community support.
What is The Zang International Strategy?
GREAT QUESTION! Everything has a lifecycle, a series of patterns that identify the stage of the cycle and what the next most likely outcome is. To quote Lynette, “A great example would be me at almost 70 years old vs. my 9-year-old granddaughter. One look and you know that I’m in the last third of my lifecycle; grey hair, glasses and lots of life experiences.”
Currency lifecycles are no different, there are patterns that repeat EVERY TIME. Lynette’s Original Strategy is based on these repeatable patterns.
Gold does not pay me dividends or interest, why should I own it?
For the same reason global central bankers are buying the most gold ever in recorded history.

Gold is the ONLY financial asset that does not run counterparty risk and therefore serves as an insurance policy during economic uncertainty, acting as a safe haven asset, as it retains its purchasing power value against a hyperinflating fiat currency.
Additionally, since gold is the primary currency metal, a rising gold price indicates a failing fiat currency. Central bankers have admitted to manipulating the price of gold and Wall Street has created gold (and silver) derivative products making this task cheap and easy. Therefore, physical gold and silver are severely undervalued.
This changes when governments and central bankers need to reset a hyperinflating currency against gold. That is when we will see gold move toward its true, fundamental value. Though at this point the true value of fiat currencies becomes clear to all, individuals can use this opportunity to buy income producing assets and pay off any fixed interest rate debt.
How will I be able to spend my precious metals if I need to?
Silver | Your Day-to-Day Barter Tool
Silver is intended to serve as your day-to-day tool of barter. When engaging in transactions, such as shopping at a supermarket, your silver can be weighed to determine its value. The amount will then be converted into currency using a computer, ensuring you have the appropriate amount to cover your purchases.
Raw Gold | Barter for Major Expenses
Raw gold serves as a tool of barter for significant expenses like property taxes or major medical bills. When faced with property taxes, for example, you would liquidate your raw gold and use the resulting legal tender (state currency) to pay the bill.
Wealth Preservation and Growth Gold | Protection, Opportunity & Legacy
Wealth preservation and growth gold is strategic for offsetting potential losses in fiat holdings, paying off mortgages or outstanding debts, and positioning yourself to seize opportunities. This gold can be instrumental in maintaining financial stability, legacy building and preparing for future income and economic shifts.

What is the difference between face value and intrinsic value?
Face Value: This is the value printed on a coin or currency note by the government or issuing authority. It represents the nominal (official) value of the currency for legal transactions. For example, a coin or bill with a face value of $1 can be used to buy goods or services up to that amount.
Intrinsic Value: This is the actual value of the material from which a coin is made. For coins made of precious metals like gold or silver, the intrinsic value is determined by the market value of the metal content. It can fluctuate based on factors like metal purity, demand and current market prices.
Why does the American Gold Eagle have a face value of $50 USD?
The face value of the American Gold Eagle coin reflects the official value assigned by the Federal Government, initially set at $42.22 per ounce of gold. This value was increased from $35 per ounce to $42.22 per ounce in 1971 when President Nixon ended the gold standard on August 15, 1971.
When you possess a $50 face value gold coin, it means the government has designated its legal tender value as $50. This means that in certain circumstances, such as at a retail location, if they accept your gold coin, you can use it to purchase goods worth up to $50. However, the actual market value of the gold in the coin typically exceeds its face value, reflecting the intrinsic value of the precious metal.

Cancellations & Returns
Policies related to cancellations, returns, and order changes.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Zang International directly as soon as possible. One of our representatives will assist you promptly.
Please note that cancellations are subject to our Market Loss Policy. In the event of a cancellation, you will be informed of any applicable market loss fees based on current market conditions at the time the order is canceled.
For full details, we encourage you to review our Market Loss Policy or speak with a member of our team for clarification.
What is a market loss policy?
When a customer places an order, the price is locked in and no longer subject to spot price changes. At this point, the metals ordered are fully exposed to the gains and losses of the spot price. To mitigate the risk of customers backing out of the agreement due to market changes, we require a credit card from every customer regardless of the chosen payment method. If the customer doesn't pay and the price of precious metals stays the same or goes up, we cancel the order without charging a fee. If the price goes down, we must charge the market loss fee which is the precise amount of money Zang International will have lost because of the unpaid order. We only charge the difference in spot price from the time of order to the time of cancellation. We do not add additional fees or forbid cancelling outright, but we charge the fees to cover our actual losses, which do not consider transaction fees and labor costs, but simply the true amount of losses the cancellation has cost us.
Can I make a return?
Though there are no returns, Zang International will always buy back your coins according to our Purchase Terms of Sale. In fact, if you purchased the coins from us, we would likely pay you the most for them, so please call for our bid first. If you purchased them elsewhere, we could still liquidate your coins, it just takes a little longer since our wholesaler will need to review the coins to give us a bid. While there are no returns, Zang International offers a buyback program in accordance with our Purchase Terms of Sale. If you purchased your coins from us, we would likely offer the best price for them, so we encourage you to contact us for our bid first. If you purchased coins elsewhere, we could still assist with liquidation, although the process may take longer as our wholesaler will need to review the coins to provide a bid price. Please contact your Strategy Specialist for additional information about this process.
