Terms of Sale
Precious Metals Purchase and Sale Terms
By purchasing precious metals—whether in the form of coins, bullion, bars, or otherwise (collectively referred to as “precious metals”)—from Zang International LLC (“Zang International,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”), you acknowledge and agree that your transaction is governed by these Precious Metals Purchase and Sales Terms, which may be updated or modified periodically at our sole discretion.
PURCHASE PROCESS: If desired, you may consult with a Zang International Strategy Specialist prior to making your purchase. Based on the information you share regarding your individual goals and circumstances, your specialist can offer tailored guidance to help you assess the potential advantages and risks associated with owning precious metals. Our team is committed to ensuring you fully understand our products, policies, and procedures before making a decision.
Please note that precious metals are not classified as securities and therefore do not require the involvement of a licensed financial advisor. Accordingly, our Strategy Specialists are not licensed financial advisors, as such licensing is not applicable to the services we provide. Any guidance offered is strictly intended to assist you in evaluating the merits of different types of precious metals in the context of your objectives.
Once you decide on the specific product(s) you wish to purchase, your specialist will coordinate a recorded call with our trading desk to lock in pricing and reserve your selections. An order number will be provided to you at the time of transaction to confirm and document your purchase.
ELECTRONIC ORDER SYSTEM DISCLOSURE: Zang International provides an online ordering platform as a convenience to our clients. However, we cannot guarantee the system’s availability, accuracy, or performance at all times. All orders placed through this platform are processed on a best-effort basis, and Zang International is not liable for errors, interruptions, or technical failures that may affect your order.
Due to high demand and ongoing market fluctuations in the precious metals industry, we cannot guarantee that your online submission reflects real-time product availability, pricing, or quantity. Orders placed online are considered confirmed once you receive an order number via confirmation email, which signifies that your pricing and product selection have been locked in.
In rare cases—such as system errors, inventory discrepancies, or pricing mismatches—Zang International reserves the right to contact you to address and resolve the issue. If a correction is required, we will make every reasonable effort to reach an equitable solution with you.
We are not responsible for delays in data transmission, temporary service disruptions, or any loss of access to the ordering platform. Our business operations depend on complex technology systems and uninterrupted internet connectivity, which may be impacted by events beyond our control—including power outages, telecommunications issues, third-party service disruptions, cyberattacks, software errors, or system updates. While we make continuous investments to secure and improve these systems, occasional interruptions may still occur.
Limitation of Liability:
In accordance with applicable law, you expressly agree that Zang International shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to losses of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or other intangible assets—resulting from:
(i) your use of or inability to use the website;
(ii) the cost of obtaining substitute products or services;
(iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or
(iv) any other matter related to the website, our services, or the ordering system.
Zang International further disclaims any liability for delays, data corruption, misdeliveries, or access interruptions resulting from outages, system malfunctions, or third-party failures.
In jurisdictions where limitations on incidental or consequential damages are not permitted, Zang International's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
ORDER ERRORS AND CANCELLATIONS
While we strive for accuracy in every transaction, occasional errors in pricing, quantity, or product details may occur due to system or typographical issues. If such an error is identified before your order is fulfilled, Zang International reserves the right to correct the error, cancel the affected portion of the order, or refuse to process it as initially submitted.
Should this occur, we will promptly contact you to explain the situation and offer a resolution, whether that involves updating the order, confirming your intent to proceed, or issuing a cancellation and refund as appropriate.
We also reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason prior to fulfillment, including, but not limited to, inventory discrepancies, payment issues, or compliance concerns. If a cancellation is necessary, we will communicate directly with you to ensure transparency and support throughout the process.
COOKIES AND WEBSITE TERMS
For information on how we use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, please refer to our Privacy Policy. This policy outlines how data is collected, stored, and used when you visit our website.
By using our website, you agree to be governed by our Terms of Service Regarding Use of the Website, which provide additional details on your rights, responsibilities, and the conditions under which our site operates.
CYBERSECURITY PROCEDURES: At Zang International, we take the protection of your personal information seriously and are committed to maintaining a secure environment for all transactions. We have implemented systems and protocols designed to safeguard the information you share with us and to help prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
All transactions conducted through our order system are encrypted and treated with strict confidentiality, allowing you to use our platform with confidence. We adhere to industry standards for data protection, including safeguards for personal information such as your email address. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or form of electronic storage is entirely secure. While we use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Any information you transmit is done at your own risk. We are not responsible for the circumvention of privacy settings or security features on our website.
As part of our ongoing operations, we receive and manage sensitive information relating to clients, employees, vendors, and other partners. Our business relies on information systems, and we maintain security programs to detect, contain, and respond to cybersecurity threats and data privacy incidents. That said, cyber threats continue to evolve in frequency and complexity—including the use of malware, ransomware, and artificial intelligence by malicious actors. While we work diligently to stay ahead of these threats, vulnerabilities can arise from system defects, third-party tools, human error, or other unforeseen challenges.
The legal and regulatory landscape surrounding information security and data privacy is complex and evolving. We remain committed to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, but please note that these legal requirements may impact your access to or use of our systems from time to time. Should compliance obligations affect your order or experience, we will communicate transparently and work with you to resolve any resulting issues.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Upon completing your online transaction, you will receive detailed payment instructions via confirmation email. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any transaction that does not meet our payment or compliance criteria. Zang International does not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) orders and may decline any form of payment that does not align with our internal standards.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card (up to $5,000.00)
- Personal check (up to $29,999.99)
- Cashier’s check (up to $29,999.99)
- ACH (automated clearing house) transfer (up to $5,000.00)
- Bank wire transfer (no maximum limit)
- U.S. Postal Money Order (up to $29,999.99)
Please note that available payment options may vary based on your order total. Credit card information is required to secure your order unless payment has already been received and cleared prior to submission.
To lock in your pricing, a $35 authorization hold will be placed on your credit card at the time of order. This is not a charge and will be released once your payment has been received.
For security purposes, all purchases totaling $30,000 or more must be paid via bank wire transfer to Zang International.
Due to the increased risk associated with credit card and ACH payments, these orders are limited to $5,000 and must be shipped to the billing address on file.
If you choose to pay for all or part of your order using a credit card, a 5% processing fee will be added to the portion charged to the card. To help confirm the identity of the cardholder and protect against fraudulent transactions, when a credit card is used for payment the purchaser will be required, at the time of checkout, to provide verification documentation sufficient to confirm that the payment method used corresponds with the purchaser’s identity. Failure to provide the requested verification may result in the transaction being delayed, declined, or cancelled.
All payments must be postmarked or initiated within 48 hours of your order unless prior approval has been arranged with your Strategy Specialist. While we understand that occasional delays may occur due to postal or carrier issues (e.g., weather, labor disruptions), please keep your specialist informed so we can work with you as needed.
If your payment is not postmarked or initiated within 48 hours, we will reach out to contact you. If we do not hear back from you within 5 business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order and charge a $35 cancellation fee, along with any applicable market loss.
HOLDING DURATION ON CHECKS: Due to legal requirements following the passing of the Patriot Act, banks are no longer able to verify funds on checks. As a result, both cashier’s checks and personal checks may take up to 7 full banking days to clear. For this reason, we will hold all check payments for the full 7 banking days before releasing your product for shipment.
To avoid delays, we strongly recommend using a bank wire, which is the fastest method of payment.
SHIPMENT OF YOUR ITEMS: All shipments—regardless of carrier—are fully insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Carriers are not authorized to leave packages without obtaining a signature. It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package on the estimated delivery date provided by the carrier.
If no one is available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the carrier will generally attempt redelivery on the next two postal delivery days. It is the client’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information and ensure timely acceptance of the shipment.
Orders are scheduled to arrive on the estimated delivery date provided by the carrier and will generally be delivered at the same time as your standard carrier delivery.
Please be advised that Zang International does not guarantee a specific delivery time, and shipping carriers do not guarantee time-specific delivery either. Packages may take anywhere from 2 to 10 postal days to arrive once shipped, depending on location and carrier performance. A shipment confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you for your convenience once your order has been dispatched.
Due to the high-value nature of the items being shipped, if you leave instructions for the carrier to leave your package unattended, with a third party, or without a signature, you do so entirely at your own risk. Zang International is not responsible for any loss, damage, or non-delivery resulting from such instructions.
Zang International shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, local carrier mis-scans, natural disasters, mechanical failures, labor strikes, acts of terrorism, transportation security measures, or inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the client.
In the event that items are damaged in transit or determined to be lost, Zang International will be responsible for initiating and managing the carrier claim process. Upon the completion of the investigation and resolution of the claim, we reserve the right to either re-ship the affected items or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances and our assessment of the best course of action.
Any discrepancies must be reported to Zang International within five (5) business days of receipt of the package. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may impact your eligibility for a claim or compensation.
While every effort is made to ensure timely and secure delivery, Zang International cannot assume responsibility for delays or losses once a package is in the possession of the carrier and proper delivery procedures have been followed.
THIRD-PARTY STORAGE OR ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY LOCATIONS: If Client elects to have purchased metals delivered to any location other than the Client’s personal address, including but not limited to third-party vaulting services, storage facilities, Precious Metals IRA custodians or depositories, or any other third-party location designated by the Client, Client acknowledges and agrees that such facilities are independent third parties and are not affiliated with, controlled by, or acting on behalf of Zang International.
Prior to the placement of any order intended for delivery to a third-party storage facility or alternative delivery location, Client must provide documentation reasonably acceptable to Zang International confirming that the Client’s account with the designated facility has been properly established and is active. Acceptable documentation may include, but is not limited to, an invoice, confirmation letter, or account verification issued by the storage provider or depository.
Zang International reserves the right to decline, delay, or cancel any order intended for delivery to a third-party facility if such documentation is not provided prior to order placement.
Client acknowledges that Zang International is not responsible for the policies, procedures, account requirements, fees, or operational practices of any third-party storage provider, vault, custodian, or depository, and that any questions or issues related to account setup, storage arrangements, or account administration must be directed to the applicable third party.
By electing delivery to a third-party location, Client further agrees that Zang International shall not be liable for any delays, refusals of delivery, account issues, storage disputes, or other matters arising from the Client’s relationship with the selected third-party facility.
BACKORDERED ITEMS/DELAYED DELIVERY: If a product is on backorder, it will be clearly indicated. When an estimated shipping date is available, it will be marked accordingly. To lock in the price of any product—including backordered items—payment is collected at the time of purchase. Credit card orders will be charged immediately, and all other payment methods must be initiated by the customer in accordance with the terms outlined above.
Orders that include one or more backordered items will be held and shipped in full once the final backordered item becomes available, even if the order also contains products that are currently in stock. Backorder dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. They are based on the best information available at the time of listing and serve as an indication of when the product is expected to ship. In rare circumstances, delays may occur due to production issues from mints such as the U.S. Mint or Royal Canadian Mint. These delays are outside of our control; however, we will notify you of any significant changes to the expected timeline.
If you prefer not to have funds held prior to shipment, please only purchase items that are currently in stock and do not display a backorder date.
RETURN POLICY: All sales are final. However, we offer the following customer satisfaction policy on numismatic coins:
- If we do not receive written notice from you within five (5) business days of delivery, we will assume the order was received in full and without issue.
- If you believe there is a problem with your order—such as an issue with the quality, quantity, or description—you must notify us in writing within the 5-day window. If we agree there may be an issue, we may ask you to return the merchandise. All returns must be sent via the U.S. Postal Service, registered and insured.
- Once we receive the returned items, we will review them to determine whether they match the original order in type, condition, and amount. At our sole discretion, we will either:
a) Send you replacement items of the same type and grade at no additional cost, or
b) Return the original items to you at your expense if we determine the order was fulfilled correctly.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been tampered with, altered, or damaged after delivery.
REPURCHASE POLICY: Once your purchase is confirmed and the price is locked in, it cannot be canceled without consequence. While cancellations are permitted, they are subject to any market loss incurred on the coins and/or bars and a non-refundable $35 cancellation fee.
If you choose to cancel, we will repurchase the items at our current bid price, which may be lower than your original purchase price. You are solely responsible for covering any loss in market value, in addition to the $35 fee. Any market gains will remain the property of Zang International.
Example: If you purchase a bullion item for $1,000 and cancel when our current bid price is $950, you will be responsible for the $50 market loss plus the $35 cancellation fee. We do not assume market risk on behalf of our customers.
We are prohibited by law from guaranteeing that we will repurchase any of the precious metals that we sell. If you wish to sell your coins, we will quote you the current bid price for those coins. If you decide to sell your coins to us, we generally will purchase your coins at our current bid price on the day in which we receive your coins at our fulfillment center. Because coin prices are a reflection of supply and demand, bid prices may change from minute to minute. As a result, the actual price at which we purchase your coins may be higher or lower than the bid price that we quoted before you shipped your coins to us.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our repurchase policy at any time without notice.
UNDERSTANDING PRICE SPREAD AND POTENTIAL FOR PROFIT: When you purchase a coin from Zang International, there is a difference between the price at which we sell it to you (our ask price) and the price at which we would buy it back from you (our bid price). This difference is known as the “spread.”
To make a profit when reselling your coins—whether back to Zang International or to another buyer—the market value of the coin must increase enough to cover this spread. It’s important to understand that we cannot guarantee profit on your purchase.
UNDERSTANDING HOW SPREADS VARY BY COIN TYPE: The size of the spread depends on the type of coin. Numismatic coins, which are rare or collector coins, generally carry the highest spreads. Semi-numismatic coins and foreign gold coins—such as Swiss Francs, British Sovereigns, and French Roosters—tend to have moderately high spreads, lower than numismatics but higher than bullion. Recently minted proof gold and silver coins typically have lower spreads than numismatic and semi-numismatic coins. Bullion coins and bars, which are standard investment-grade products, usually have the lowest spreads. These differences reflect variations in rarity, market demand, and the overall liquidity of each type of coin.
UNDERSTANDING PRICE VARIABILITY IN THE MARKET: There may be circumstances or market conditions in which the price spread becomes wider than usual. If you choose to sell your coins privately or through another rare coin dealer or auction house, the price offered may be higher or lower than the bid price offered by Zang International.
In some cases, dealers may offer significantly less than the coin’s true market value in order to maximize their own resale profit. Conversely, some dealers—particularly those with clients seeking specific coins for their collections—may offer to buy your coins at prices higher than ours.
At Zang International, we want you to get the best possible price for your items. Because we maintain some of the lowest retail prices in the industry, our buyback (bid) prices may be lower than those of dealers who charge higher retail markups. We encourage clients to request bids from multiple reputable dealers when considering a sale. This helps ensure you are fully informed and can make the best financial decision for your situation.
UNDERSTANDING WHAT INFLUENCES OUR PRICING: The spread offered by Zang International depends on several factors, including the type, rarity, and condition of the coin, as well as overall market cycles and current supply and demand for coins and bullion. As a result, our bid and ask prices may change over time and may be higher or lower than those offered by other dealers for the same item on any given day.
UNDERSTANDING OUR BUYBACK PROCESS: If you decide to sell any of your coins in the future, we welcome the opportunity to make a bid on those coins. We recommend that you contact us first to request a quote for our current bid price on any coins or bullion you are considering selling. Please be sure to receive and review this quote before sending your items to us for repurchase.
Keep in mind that market prices fluctuate, and the final buyback price may differ from the initial quote you received. The correct bid price is locked in only upon receipt and inspection of your items. We will confirm the final price with you at that time.
IRA ACCOUNTS: If you’re interested in holding precious metals—like gold, silver, or platinum—within an Individual Retirement Account (IRA), Zang International can help facilitate that process. While we do not offer custodial services ourselves, we may refer you to and are happy to work with trusted third-party IRA custodians (e.g. GoldStar Trust Company) who specialize in self-directed IRAs.
Please note that Zang International is not affiliated with any IRA custodian and does not manage IRA accounts directly. Our role is simply to serve as your precious metals broker or dealer of record, helping you acquire the metals you wish to hold within your retirement account.
Choosing the right custodian is an important decision, and we encourage you to explore your options and select the company that best fits your goals and preferences. Any opinions, content, or guidance provided by your chosen IRA custodian are solely their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Zang International. While we’re always here to support your precious metals journey, we are not responsible for third-party information or services.
By purchasing metals from Zang International for use in an IRA, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any loss or damages related to your dealings with an IRA service provider.
INTEGRATION CLAUSE: This agreement—including these Policies and Procedures, along with any applicable invoice or order confirmation—constitutes the entire understanding between you and Zang International regarding your purchase. It replaces any prior communications, whether verbal or written, and governs the terms of your transaction.
Zang International makes no additional promises or guarantees outside of what is clearly stated here. To ensure transparency and consistency, no changes or modifications will be valid unless made in writing and confirmed by both parties.
Please note that no representative of Zang International is authorized to alter these terms via phone, email, or any other informal communication.
NON-RELIANCE: You acknowledge and agree that you are acting on your own behalf and making your own independent decisions regarding any transactions with Zang International. You have determined that any such transaction is appropriate for you based on your own judgment and, if applicable, the advice of advisors you have chosen to consult.
You further acknowledge that you are not relying on any communication—whether written or oral—from Zang International or its representatives as investment advice. Any explanations or information provided to you about the terms and conditions of a transaction are not intended to, and shall not be considered to, constitute investment advice or a recommendation.
Additionally, no communication—written or oral—from Zang International or its representatives shall be interpreted as a promise, assurance, or guarantee of the outcome or performance of any transaction.
CHOICE OF LAW: These Purchases Policies and Procedures, and any other documentation between the parties, will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, excluding its choice of law principles, and all claims relating to or arising out of any transaction between you and Zang International, whether sounding in contract, tort or otherwise, will likewise be governed by the laws of Arizona, excluding its choice of law principles.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: If a dispute arises from or relates to any transaction or contemplated transaction between you and Zang International, and if the dispute cannot be settled through direct discussions, then the dispute will be settled by arbitration pursuant to this paragraph. In the event that the parties are unable to settle the dispute by direct discussions, the parties agree that any such dispute must be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Claims will be heard by a single arbitrator. The place of arbitration will be Maricopa County, Arizona. The arbitration will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Hearings will take place pursuant to the standard procedures of the Commercial Arbitration Rules that contemplate in-person hearings.
The arbitrators will have no authority to award punitive damages, or other damages not measured by the prevailing party’s actual damages, except as may be required by statute. The arbitrator(s) may not award consequential, indirect, or special damages in any arbitration initiated under these provisions. Any award in an arbitration will be limited to monetary damages and will not include any injunction or direction to any party other than the direction to pay a monetary amount.
Each party will bear its own costs and expenses and an equal share of the arbitrators’ and administrative fees of arbitration.
Except as may be required by law, neither a party nor an arbitrator may disclose the existence, content, or results of any arbitration hereunder without the prior written consent of both parties.
The parties agree that failure or refusal of a party to pay its required share of the deposits for arbitrator compensation or administrative charges will constitute a waiver by that party to present evidence or cross-examine witness. In such event, the other party will be required to present evidence and legal argument as the arbitrator(s) may require for the making of an award. Such waiver will not allow for a default judgment against the non-paying party in the absence of evidence presented as provided for above.
WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL: THE CUSTOMER AND ZANG INTERNATIONAL EACH VOLUNTARILY, KNOWINGLY, IRREVOCABLY, AND UNCONDITIONALLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT IT MAY HAVE TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION, PROCEEDING OR CLAIM OF ANY NATURE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED HEREIN OR ANY RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PARTIES.
RISK INFORMATION:
The decision to purchase precious metals or coins—and which specific products to choose—is entirely yours, either independently or in consultation with your trusted financial advisor. It's important to note that precious metals are not classified as securities, and therefore, your purchase is not regulated by federal or state securities laws or protections.
UNDERSTANDING THE NATURE OF RISK WITH PRECIOUS METALS: All purchases of precious metals, whether bullion or rare coins, involve some level of risk due to market fluctuations. The value of bullion coins (such as American Eagles or Canadian Maple Leafs) is primarily influenced by the daily spot price of the metal itself, which can change based on market dynamics.
The value of numismatic coins, on the other hand, is influenced by a broader range of factors. These may include the coin's rarity, condition, collector demand, overall market sentiment, and broader economic indicators such as inflation, political climate, and the performance of other asset classes like stocks and real estate.
While values may fluctuate, precious metals and rare coins have historically demonstrated strong long-term performance, especially during periods of economic uncertainty or currency devaluation. However, as with any asset, they may also experience periods of decline and may not be suitable for every financial situation.
As a general guideline, it's wise to have sufficient cash reserves and disposable income in addition to allocating funds to precious metals.
AUTHENTICITY AND GRADING RISKS: While this market offers unique opportunities for long-term wealth preservation, it’s important to understand the risks involved—particularly regarding authenticity and grading. To protect our clients from the risks of forgery and counterfeiting, we strongly recommend purchasing coins that have been certified by the industry’s most trusted grading organizations, such as the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) and the Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS). These organizations have been recognized as the gold standard in the industry since the mid-1980s and offer not only expert grading but also authenticity guarantees.
At Zang International, we routinely offer coins certified by NGC and PCGS. While other grading services exist, NGC and PCGS remain the most respected and widely accepted in the marketplace. Choosing coins graded by these organizations provides an added layer of confidence in both the quality and authenticity of your purchase.
It’s important to keep in mind that coin grading is a professional but inherently subjective process. The value of a coin is closely tied to its condition or “grade,” and even small differences can significantly affect pricing. For this reason, we advise customers to never tamper with or remove coins from their certified holders. If you choose to submit a coin for regrading, please be aware that Zang International cannot be held responsible for any change in the coin’s grade as determined by the grading service.
Except for select bullion products and uncertified circulated coins (which are always clearly identified), the vast majority of our numismatic offerings are independently graded and encapsulated by NGC or PCGS.
While we take every measure to provide quality products and transparent information, Zang International disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, unless otherwise stated in writing.
PRECIOUS METALS AND RARE COINS AS A LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY:
When purchasing numismatic or rare coins, it’s important to understand that their value must appreciate over time to account for the costs associated with acquiring them—including the natural spread between the purchase price and the buyback price. This spread may be more pronounced for certain better-dated or higher-quality coins, and some buyers may offer less than our repurchase price. For these reasons, rare coins should be viewed as a long-term hold rather than a short-term investment.
While market fluctuations are normal, rare coins and precious metals have often shown strong performance over time, particularly during periods of economic stress. However, it’s important to know that the rare coin market is smaller and less liquid than traditional markets, and there may be times when it's difficult to find an active buyer. Prices may fluctuate—both higher and lower—based on factors such as supply and demand, inflation expectations, global monetary conditions, and overall economic sentiment. Certification by respected grading services like NGC and PCGS confirms authenticity and condition, but it does not eliminate market risk.
Liquidity for certified coins can vary depending on the coin and prevailing market conditions. In some instances, a ready market may not exist, particularly for very specific or rare items. Zang International cannot guarantee that you will be able to sell any coin at or above your original purchase price.
Past market performance should not be interpreted as a promise of future results. While we are confident in the long-term value proposition of sound money and tangible assets, we encourage clients to consider their financial position and risk tolerance before making any purchase.
UNREGULATED NATURE OF THE RARE COIN MARKET: One of the unique aspects of the rare coin market is that it is not currently subject to the same federal or state regulations that apply to traditional investments such as stocks, bonds, or mutual funds. This unregulated nature can offer certain advantages, including greater flexibility and enhanced privacy in ownership.
There are currently no government-imposed restrictions on owning rare coins, which makes them an attractive option for those seeking alternative assets outside of the conventional financial system.
However, while these benefits exist today, Zang International cannot guarantee that they will remain unchanged in the future. Laws and regulations may evolve, and it is possible that future legislation could impact how rare coins are regulated, taxed, or transferred.
We believe it’s important for clients to stay informed and consider the long-term landscape when purchasing rare coins.
ZANG INTERNATIONAL'S REPRESENTATIVES: Our team is here to help guide you through your precious metals journey with professionalism and care. It’s important to note that Zang International's representatives are commissioned sales professionals, not licensed investment advisors or registered brokers. They are not certified by government agencies or non-governmental organizations to provide financial or investment advice.
That said, every representative at Zang International is trained under the leadership of our CEO, Lynette Zang, and participates in ongoing education to stay informed about economic trends, market developments, and the rare coin and precious metals industry.
Commission structures may vary based on the type, rarity, or quality of the products you purchase.
While our representatives are knowledgeable and committed to your success, they are not authorized to offer investment advice or provide recommendations about stocks, bonds, or other financial instruments. For advice related to your overall financial portfolio, we encourage you to consult with a licensed financial advisor or professional.
FORECASTS OR PROJECTIONS ABOUT THE RARE COIN MARKET: Occasionally, Zang International or its representatives may share forecasts, projections, or commentary related to the rare coin and precious metals markets. These insights may be based on internal research, historical patterns, market trends, or The Original Sound Money Strategy developed by Lynette Zang.
While we strive to provide thoughtful, well-reasoned analysis that reflects our genuine outlook, it’s important to understand that past performance does not guarantee future results. Markets are inherently unpredictable, and no forecast or projection can be assured.
Zang International cannot guarantee increases in value or liquidity for any coin or asset. We encourage you to conduct your own research and analysis before making a purchase decision.
If you’d like more information about The Strategy, we’re happy to share educational materials and help you explore how it may align with your long-term goals.
