Lynette Zang

Founder & CEO

Lynette Zang is an economist that has been involved in the markets at some level since 1964, as a student, banker, stockbroker and precious metals and currency analyst. She has been studying currency lifecycles since 1987 and discovered similar social, economic, and financial patterns that occur throughout the stages of a currency’s lifetime. She believes that recognizing these patterns enables people to see what’s coming and make well-informed choices that put their best interest first.

In addition to her work at Zang International, Lynette serves on the Advisory Board of Citizens for Sound Money, contributing her global economic expertise to advance education on currency lifecycles and to promote policies and legislative initiatives at all levels of government that strengthen free-market monetary systems worldwide.

Together, Lynette, her team of experts and special guests share how to best prepare for economic uncertainty. Focus will be in the areas of Lynette’s mantra and how to be equipped in the key areas of Food, Water, Energy, Security, Wealth Preservation, Barterability, Shelter, and last, but certainly not least, Community.

Jacqueline Dawson

Jacqueline Dawson is President and Chief Operating Officer of Zang International, where she provides strategic leadership across operations, culture, and long-term growth. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in teamwork, discipline, and accountability, shaped early by high-performance team athletics and refined through decades of executive and organizational leadership.

Beyond her role at Zang International, Jacqueline is deeply engaged in service and community. She serves as a member of the Citizens for Sound Money Advisory Board, supporting international advocacy efforts that promote sound money principles and fair, transparent trading practices. She also serves on the board of Children First Foundation, an organization dedicated to expanding access to quality education and long-term stability for Arizona’s underprivileged and homeless children.

Jacqueline has also held senior leadership roles within P.E.O. International, a women’s organization focused on advancing educational opportunities for women, including serving as a Past State President and contributing at the International Chapter level.

At Zang International, Jacqueline is known for fostering a culture of trust, clarity, and high performance, ensuring teams are aligned, empowered, and equipped to advance the organization’s mission of sound money strategies, dynastic wealth preservation, and community resilience.

Dale Baguhn

Co-Founder - Chairman of the Board

As Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dale Baguhn brings over five decades of business acumen honed from numerous Board of Director, Founder, CEO, Strategic Advisory, M&A, IPO and Corporate Turnaround Consultancy roles for entities ranging from entrepreneurial startup ventures to publicly traded multibillion dollar corporations.

To achieve his mandate, Dale provides organizational guidance and stewardship for the firm via execution of fundamental oversight duties for Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Reputational and Risk Management, Corporate Culture, Financial Reporting and Operational Performance Enhancement, along with an in-depth focus on Strategic Decision Formulation and Business Development Initiatives.
